Hardware and Warranty Services
STS does not provide support for any computer hardware or warranty issues.
Instead, please contact TEC
Services for any questions you may have involving questionable
hardware or computer repairs under warranty. TEC Services is a manufacturer
authorized warranty service provider for Apple, Dell, IBM, and Gateway computers and HP printers.
They can even come to your residence hall to pick up your system
for repairs for free. TEC Services will also provide repairs on other
computer systems and electronics that are not under warranty for a fee.
