Please also note that due to parking restrictions, we are not open on Saturdays of home football games. Our office is also closed when the entire University is closed, such as on snow days and during official holidays. However, we are open over most breaks, and during the summer semesters whenever the Residence Halls are open. After Hours HelpOur office has voicemail for those who wish to call when we are not open. It is very important to include the following when you call, or else we may not be able to help you: First and Last Name, Dorm/Building Name, Room Number, Phone Number, and a brief description of your problem.
