Step Three: RegistrationIt is important to note that this step must be completed in your Residence Hall or Apartment and not at home or work for your computer to be able to get online correctly. If your computer is already registered in a different building on campus, including a previous Residence Hall, you will need to call us to manually register your computer.If you have completed the previous two steps all you need to do is open your web browser and you will be taken automatically to the Registration Page. When the registration page finishes loading there will be a large link at the bottom labeled Register Me. Click on this and enter your MyID name and password. This is the same ID as your e-mail address, so if your e-mail address is bob@uga.edu, then your ID is "bob" and your password is your e-mail account´s password. These fields are case sensitive. MyIDs can be reset on the MyID Homepage by clicking the link on the left that is labeled Forgotten MyID or Password?. After you fill out the registration information wait 10 minutes and you will magically be online! |
